SLA – Service Level Agreement,

We can measure the service level agreement or SLA in a very simple way (Service Level Agreement or SLA) offered by each monitored Service, from Centreon > “Reporting” > “Dashboard” we will see the percentage of availability we have had both at the Business level and individually in each Operational Service, as in each Infrastructure Service.
