Emilinar: Podemos quitar componentes no necesarios del CD, for example, I think of WordPad, Paint… Setup: We can create an unattended installation so it doesn't ask for data during installation, we include them now and thus the installation process will be completely automatic, various options and settings. In addition to automatically creating a CD or burning it to an ISO. We mark in green what we are interested in customizing, “Following”

GOOD, as I marked the Service Pack option, now to integrate the latest, I download it from the Microsoft website and select it, in my case, the latest for Windows 2003 as of the document date, it's SP2, Click on “Select”, We are looking for it, we mark it and click on “Open”,

Start integration, Wait a few minutes…

…

OK, Click on “Accept”,

Now we will integrate the drivers into the CD we are going to create, To do this, click on “Insert”,

We look for the drivers we want to include in the customized Windows CD… we select them and “Open”,

We see that we already have some LSI Logic drivers & AMI, some are for the SCSI controller that doesn't require drivers to detect logical or physical disks (RAID) and others for USB, For example, we put in all the ones we are interested in and when we finish “Following”,

Before removing components, it asks us securely what we want to keep, mainly to avoid deleting anything that could affect, we check the components that we do want to keep and accept,

Now, we will see that we can start removing, we have a huge amount of components to remove, it’s a matter of reading through all of them and marking the ones we are interested in & unchecking the ones we want to remove, “Following”,

In the unattended installation we see all the tabs we have, the ideal is to go through all of them since that way we'll be fully tuning the CD, customizing the network settings, regional settings… “Following”,

In Options, we have quite a few interesting things, from being able to change the paths of the directories to customizing the installation with our company's logo on a corporate background… “Following”,

In Settings we also have several interesting options, it's a matter of reading them all and checking the ones that interest us, such as disabling the famous dialog when shutting down Windows 2003 that asks for a reason to shut it down/restart it… “Following”,

We indicate that “Yes”,

And it will generate an image with all the content, We wait for the process to finish…

And now we have several options to directly burn everything onto a CD “Burn Image” and we select our burner, velocity… or directly onto an ISO, We give “Burn” and it will create the CD ready to use.
