This is the typical thing that has happened to us at some point, we have an Exchange installation on a network, that collects all emails for domain A (in the example: @bujarra.com), and we would be interested in it also collecting emails for several more domains, to give the server another use and not have to create another separate domain and install another dedicated server. That is, which apart from domain A, to collect emails for domain B (in the example: bujarrilla.com), and if we want with everyone who interests us most.

To do this,, We open the “System Manager” MS Exchange, We're going to “Recipients” > “Recipient policies” And on the right-hand panel we have a policy called “Default Policy”, we enter your Properties with the right button.

And we go to the tab “Email addresses (Directive)”, there we see that it collects emails for the current domain (@bujarra.com), we must click on the “New…” to collect from several more.

Select “SMTP address” and we give “Accept”.

In “Address” We put the name of the domain we are interested in with an @ in front of it, in my case: @bujarrilla.com and if the check is not checked, we mark it to enable it and we accept.

As we can see, we already have several domains @bujarra.com and @bujarrilla.com, We can put in as much as we want. The only exception is that one appears in bold’ and the others do not, means which is the primary domain, from which the emails will go out, that is, When someone sends an email you will see if: us*****@bu*****.cOm or us*****@bu********.cOm (From politics). And if the check is not checked, We marked it. Accept.

This question when I accept means if we want that when we enable this policy all users who have an email account to be automatically created with the new domain, or we will do it manually one by one according to our interest or for the future. If we want everyone to use both domains, select “Yes”.
