We will have to use VMware's ColdClone or cold cloning. To do this,, first you must get an ISO of the CD, or from the VMware website or from a download program. It is a version made with BartPE (WinPE).

When you have the ISO, burn it to a CD and it will boot from the BIOS, this way you boot any PC that refuses to be virtualized with this, it will be virtualized. Wait for it to start…

We wait while network drivers are installed…

We accept the license agreement, “I accept the terms in the License Agreement” & “OK”,

If we want to use the network, to get the virtual image out by it for example, We must say yes, “Yes”,

We configure the network parameters, IP address, mask, Gateway, DNS, WINS…

And the Bootable VMware Converter wizard will start, now it is to follow it to virtualize this physical machine in an ESX or Player or Workstation or Server environment.
