Before updating our ESXi hosts, we will run from the vSphere DVD “vCenter Hosts Agent Pre-Upgrade Checker” & “Install”

After a few seconds, the wizard will appear to check if our ESXi hosts are compatible for a possible upgrade to ESXi 5, "Next",

Debemos seleccionar el conector a la base de datos de nuestra infraestructura VMware el ODBC y la autenticación si es SQL o si son credenciales de vCenter o Windows… “Next”,
