Program Neighborhood Agent sobre Citrix Secure Gateway – PNA over CSG en Presentation Server 4.x
This document explains how to enable a connection from outside an organization to the inside with CSG but not using the web interface (Web Interface – W.I.), if not the Program Neighborhood Agent. Before anything, We need a couple of requirements (that it is assumed that they are made and functioning correctly):
– CSG working with W.I.. – HERE
– Created the Program Neighborhood Agent site – HERE
Once everything is done, Started. First, We must go to “Citrix Access Management Console” > “Citrix Resources” > “Configuration Tools” > “Web Interface” > We open our Program Neighborhood Agent site > And on the file “config.xml” right-click > “Manage server settings”.
We mark the check of “Use SSL/TLS for communication between clients and this site”, Accept.
And if the CSG is supposed to be working perfectly with our Web Interface, we will copy the configuration file. This is, we go to the directory where the file “WebInterface.conf” of the Web Interface is located and copy it to the Program Neighborhood Agent site. We're going to “C:Inetpub/wwwroot/Citrix/Metaframe/conf”, we find the WebInterface.conf file and copy it to “C:Inetpub/wwwroot/Citrix/PNAgent/conf”. Previously we will make a backup of the existing file before overwriting it for safety.
We indicate that “Yes” para sustituir un fichero por otro.
El fichero que acabamos de dejar en el sitio del PNAgent lo editamos con el Bloc de notas y al final de todo le agregamos las siguientes lineas:
DisablePNAgentLocalConfigCheck=Off
PNAgentMaxRequestBytes=8360
Hasta aquí ya estaría ya toda la configuración por la parte del servidor. Ahora pasamos a la del cliente.
Desde el PC del exterior le damos doble click al icono del “Program Neighborhood Agent” y nos pedirá la “Dirección URL del servidor”, ponemos la dirección normal por la que accedemos al CSG, in my case: https://citrix.bujarra.com y “Actualizamos”, nos pedirá los credenciales de usuario, los metemos y ya veremos las aplicaciones a las que tenemos acceso.
Ya con botón derecho, sobre el icono de “Program Neighborhood Agent” We're going to “Applications” y ahí las tendremos.
