Configuring Access Gateway in NetScaler

Well, once we have basically configured our NetScaler, we are going to implement the Access Gateway feature that will give us secure access to our Citrix XenApp applications or XenDesktop desktop from the outside to our users through any device. In this document we will see how to publish a Web Interface of our internal network through the NetScaler CAG and we will access it via the web and via Citrix Receiver!

Installing Citrix Web Interface on Linux

At last! In this document we will be able to see how to install the Web Interface server 5.3 on a Java server, in this case we will use a new Debian Lenny distribution to which we will install Apache2 and Tomcat6 to be able to run the Citrix Web Interface server, we can therefore save a Windows server with the cost that licensing will entail., Resources… thanks to my great friend Manel who has given me the clues to set it up!!! Installing and configuring WiKID to access the Citrix Web Interface with a token (Software!)

Complete document this, we will see the installation and configuration of WiKID for two-factor authentication with a software token instead of traditional hardware ones (SoftToken) against a Web Interface 5.3 from Citrix. To do this,, first we will install and configure WiKID that through an LDAP connection will connect to our Active Directory and authenticate the tokens in the Web Interface with RADIUS, assign/configure the token against a user in our domain and open a Citrix session. WiKID is a paid product but has a very low price, Logically, we can use this document to configure other services by tokenizing.

Citrix WI and PNA Balancing with NLB: Configuring Web Interface and Program Neighborhood Agent Groups for Balancing with Network Load Balancing

This document is quite useful if what we have is several servers with the Web Interface service or with the Program Neighborhood Agent and what we want is to balance between them, that is, if one of the servers goes down or we turn it off, we don't have to do anything on the users' PCs so that they continue to work normally. To do this, it will be necessary to configure it on servers that have W.I.. a cluster with NLB, I mean, create an IP address “virtual” to which clients will connect and this IP address “virtual” connect to hosts that are lifted, to one server or another; both for W.I. How to stop PNA.
